Where are Bamboo Balls sold?
Bamboo Balls are sold through our website, and our trusted retailer partners. Also click HERE to see our retail partners. If you wish to be a distributor, we can review your request and send you a cost estimate for shipping costs. See Contact / Order page for more details.
Do Bamboo Balls come in different sizes?
Bamboo Balls are only sold in one size. The balls have a diameter of 6.5cm. The ball weighs 93g (3.3 oz).
How often do you recommend to use the Bamboo Ball?
Bamboo Balls can be used everyday if used properly. You may feel short term tenderness as the muscle works out knots, but you should not feel pain while/after using Bamboo Balls. If you are experiencing bruising you are applying too much pressure while using the ball. Please see How to Use page for more direction on proper use. Let area heal and rest before trying again. If your condition worsens, cease use of the ball, and consult your therapist or doctor.
How do I become a retailer for Bamboo Balls?
Email us at info@bambooballs.ca for more information and pricing. Bamboo Balls will only ship internationally on distributor requests with minimum order. Minimum quantity order is 24 balls.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Bamboo Balls are shipped within Canada and the U.S.A. For larger distribution orders (24 or more balls) please contact us for shipping costs. The most up to date shipping times and rates can be found on Canada Post, UPS, and DHL websites. All online order costs are calculated at checkout. Currently Canada Post’s websites estimated ship times are as follows (times do not reflect delays due to natural disasters, the Pandemic, or clearing customs across borders):
Within Canada – Between 7- 14 business days
Expedited Parcel USA – at least 7 business days
Xpresspost USA – at least 3-5 business days

Shipping Costs

Regular Mail Parcel (Within Canada) – Between/at least 7- 14 business days
Expedited Parcel USA – at least 7 business days
Xpresspost USA – at least 3-5 business days

What is the Exchange / Return / Refund Policy?
If you are not satisfied with your Bamboo Ball, balls purchased through this website can be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. To return or exchange, email us at info@bambooballs.ca with your order number, and the reason for return or exchange. We will send you a return label. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. A refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. (Timing for refund varies, and may take until next billing cycle depending on your credit card company.) Initial shipping and return shipping cost is non-refundable, and is the responsibility of the purchaser.
If you purchased your Bamboo Ball through one of our vendors please return the item back to the place of purchase directly. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Return, exchange and refund policy may differ between individual retailers. See store policy.
