Sciatica Pain Relief

Sciatica is a term used to describe the pain from irritation on the sciatic nerve. A number of issues can cause sciatica.   Pain levels range from mild to severe.  It is caused by a number of different reasons.  The reasons include spinal compression, herniated discs in the lower back, or muscle tightness.  Bamboo Balls should not be used on an injury, or problems of the spine. However, when sciatica pain is caused by muscle compression, Bamboo Balls can help.  It is a useful tool to relax the muscles, and help alleviate symptoms of sciatica.

Plantar Fasciitis is the most common cause of heel pain. It is the flat band of tissue ligament that connects your heel bone to your toes which support the arch of your foot. Use caution when using Bamboo Balls.  Do not use Bamboo Balls on acute injuries, inflamed tissue or areas that are contraindicated to pressure or massage.  Using Bamboo Balls too aggressively or with too much pressure may cause bruising or irritation.
