Return Policy

Bamboo Balls Corp. hopes you are satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied with your Bamboo Ball (for whatever reason) balls purchased through this website can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  

Here’s how:

Simply email us at info@bambooballs.ca with your order number.  Let us know the reason for return or exchange.  We will send a return label to the original shipping address (unless stated otherwise).  Items must be returned in their original packaging.  Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email.  A refund will then be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.  (Timing for refund varies depending on your credit card company’s billing cycle).  

Initial shipping and return shipping cost is non-refundable, and is the responsibility of the purchaser.  Initial Border fees for Customs Duty are also pay upon delivery and are the responsibility of the purchaser upon destination.  Bamboo Balls will pay the Customs Fees for returns.  If you purchased your Bamboo Ball through one of our retail partners please return the item back to the place of purchase directly.  Items must be returned in their original packaging.  Return, exchange and refund policy may differ between individual retailers.  See store policy.
